BabylonSixty is a fractional leadership business run by Darren Hopper in Auckland, New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.babylonsixty.co.nz, how we use it and the choices you have. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Downloads. When you request a gated guide, white paper or tool: your full name, company name and email address, which document you requested, and whether you ticked the box to receive new guides and insights. Open downloads ask for nothing.
- Go-to-Market Readiness Scorecard. Your answers are scored in your browser, and the free result needs no details. If you ask for the full report: your full name, company name and email address, your answers and scores, whether you asked for a personal review, and whether you ticked the box to receive new guides and insights. Your report is kept at a private link for 30 days, and a PDF copy is emailed to us and saved with your details in HubSpot.
- Booking a call. When you book a time through the calendar on this site (provided by HubSpot Meetings): your name, email address, the time you chose and anything you type in the booking form. The booking is saved in HubSpot and in our Google Calendar, and the invitation is sent to you by Google.
- Sales Funnel Health Check. When you ask for the full result of the free check: your full name, company name, email address, whether you ticked the marketing opt-in box, and the answers and numbers you entered about your sales funnel. A PDF copy of your result is emailed to us and saved with your details in HubSpot.
- ICP Findability Check. When you ask for the full result of the free check: your full name, company name, email address, whether you ticked the marketing opt-in box, the ideal customer profile you pasted or described, what your customers do, and your answers to the seven questions. A PDF copy of your result is emailed to us and saved with your details in HubSpot.
- Workshop enquiries. When you ask about a workshop: your full name, company name, email address, which workshop you are interested in, whether you prefer a virtual session or one at your office, your preferred times and your message.
- Contact form. Your first and last name, company name, email address and message.
- Direct contact. Anything you choose to share when you email or phone us.
- Website analytics. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. It uses cookies to do this. We look at this information in aggregate and don't use it to identify you.
- How pages are used. Microsoft Clarity shows us where visitors click and how far they scroll, and records visits as replays so we can see where a page is confusing. Anything you type into a form is hidden from these recordings. We use it to improve the site and don't use it to identify you.
- Hosting and security. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a real person is sending it.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We use analytics to understand which content is useful and to improve the site, and security data to keep the site safe. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your permission. If you tick the box when downloading a document, we'll email you occasionally about new guides and insights, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Where it is stored
Contact form messages, download requests, scorecard reports, funnel check results, ICP check results and workshop enquiries go to our Google Workspace email, and download requests, scorecard reports, funnel check results, ICP check results and workshop enquiries are also saved in HubSpot, the customer relationship system we use to follow up. Google holds the analytics data and Cloudflare processes the hosting and security data. These providers may store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States, under their own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and for any work that follows. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. Microsoft Clarity recordings are deleted after 30 days.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without them.
Microsoft Clarity sets cookies named _clck and _clsk, which link the pages you view in one visit. Blocking cookies in your browser stops these too, and the site works normally without them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email darren@babylonsixty.com and we'll respond within 20 working days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
