On-cost rates from published New Zealand employer-cost guidance: compulsory employer KiwiSaver of 3.5%, ACC work levy by industry classification, recruitment at 15–20% of salary, and overhead loadings of 10–20%. Total employment cost in New Zealand commonly runs 1.25–1.6× base salary; this model sits at 1.30× in year one. Figures exclude the three to six months before a permanent hire reaches full contribution.
A three-month minimum initial term applies. After that, engagements run month to month with 30 days' notice either side. Final pricing is confirmed after a discovery call.

Yes, month to month with notice. Most engagements start at two days a week, step up during an intense period such as a launch or a market entry, and step down as capability transfers to your team.
A permanent CMO or CPO in Auckland or Sydney is a package north of NZD 200,000 or AUD 250,000, plus recruitment at 15 to 20 percent, KiwiSaver or superannuation, equity, and three to six months before they are contributing at full strength. Two days a week fractional is around half the annual cost, contributing in week one, with no recruitment risk.
Yes. NZD for New Zealand clients, AUD for Australian clients and USD for North American clients, and we can invoice in your local currency if required.
