Questions people ask.

How many people should be in the room?

Three to ten works best. Fewer than three and you lose the debate; more than ten and the value proposition module runs out of time. If you have a bigger team, bring the leaders and share the outputs.

Can it run virtually?

Yes. Darren runs the workshop over a video call with the workshop on screen. Everyone sees the same slide and the same wall. It works well for teams spread across offices.

Do you travel outside Auckland?

Yes. Sessions in Auckland offices carry no travel cost. Outside Auckland, travel costs are agreed with you before the day.

What happens after the workshop?

You receive the artefacts within 24 hours. Four to six weeks later Darren checks in on the roadmap in a 30-minute call. If you want help delivering the roadmap, that is where fractional support starts.

Is the price plus GST?

Yes. NZD 1,500 plus GST, invoiced after the session. There is no deposit and no minimum term.
